Two new KAESER Mobilair M500 1600cfm, oil free, dry-running diesel driven portable rotary screw air compressors, have arrived and ready to hire from Air Powered.
KAESER are known for manufacturing efficient, reliable, high quality compressed air solutions, and the M500 isn’t an exception. With flow rates of up to 45.8 m3/min, producing large volumes of oil free portable compressed air is simple with this exceptionally powerful and flexible solution.
Combining all the features of a two-stage dry-running rotary screw compressor with those of a portable unit, the M500 delivers a reliable, efficient, and high quality supply of oil-free compressed air, when you need it, where you need it.
Engineered for maximum versatility and fuel efficiency, the innovative M500 is ideal for a large range of sensitive industries such as but not limited to, mining, construction, refineries, oil & gas, food & beverage, chemical & pharmaceuticals.
The low-emission KAESER M500 has a generously sized fuel tank of 1150 litres, which ensures running for at least two shifts without having to refuel plus has the added option of continuous running when connected to an optional external fuel tank.
The M500 wouldn’t be a KAESER compressor without an integrated Sigma Control mobile controller. The compressed air discharge temperature can be selected via the controller while the engine speed automatically adjusts to the exact pressure set-point between 4 and 10.3 bar.
The KAESER M500 is a beast, weighing just under 12 tonnes, it features a central lifting point, forklift pockets and a parking brake, allowing the M500 to be safety positioned and secured anywhere.
Compressed air aftercooler, external fuel tank, closed floor plan, spark arrestor and engine shut off value all comes standard with the KAESER M500-2.
